Code of Practice

Students studying in New Zealand are protected and supported by The Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021 (The Code).

The Code specifies the roles and responsibilities of education providers in ensuring learner wellbeing and achievement. Ignite Colleges is a signatory to The Code, and we try our best to ensure our students are learning in a safe and welcoming environment. we have conducted self-reviews on how well we are practicing the Code on a regular basis, you can refer to the latest report here.

Student Services Levy

The student services fee for 2023 has been set at $200 (GST Inclusive) per full-time student for study less than 120 credits. Study of over 120 credits is set at $ 400 (GST inclusive). The fee funds key services for students to assist their success, retention and overall well-being while studying at Ignite Colleges. All domestic students must pay the fee and can borrow the amount against their student loan.
