New Zealand Tapas Champ heads to Spain

SKYCITY chef de partie Sheyun Chun has just been named the first-ever Australasian tapas champion, earning the honour of representing New Zealand at the World Tapas Competition in Spain next month. And a special shout out to our very own Ignite cookery student Angela Scrivener who took out second place, competing against top chefs with years of experience!
